What this website stores, what stays in your browser, and how to ask about an enquiry.
Contact enquiries
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, message and acknowledgement of this notice. The site stores these with an opaque receipt reference and submission time in a database outside its public files. The purpose is to keep and respond to platform-information, editorial, advertising, SMM and privacy enquiries. The form is not a place to submit platform complaints or identity documents.
Session and abuse prevention
The contact flow uses a session cookie to validate requests and help prevent duplicates and abuse. Server-side controls limit submission frequency. These controls do not use the content of an allegation for advertising. The host may keep normal server access logs; its logging and retention settings must be reviewed for the deployed environment.
Browser tools
The description worksheet keeps text in the page’s memory and does not submit it to our server. Clearing the worksheet or closing the page removes it. The checklist saves only tick marks on this device; its reset control removes those saved choices.
Analytics and external sites
No optional analytics or advertising tracker is enabled in this version. Official help links take you to another service, whose privacy practices apply there. Any configured SMM destination is a separate commercial website. This site does not send worksheet text, contact messages with those link clicks.
Storage and retention
The software includes an owner-run deletion command with a default retention setting of 30 days. Automatic scheduling is a deployment responsibility; this page does not claim a deletion schedule is already running. The owner should run the configured deletion procedure and include private exports and backups in its retention process. Email notifications are disabled in this version.
Your questions
Use the privacy enquiry option to ask about access or deletion of an enquiry. Include its receipt reference if you have one, without repeating sensitive information. An enquiry reference is not a public lookup key. We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information before acting.
